He is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. Oliver goes out of his way to open the door for me with my large baby stroller and he is friendly with our infant son. Oliver promotes your store and the specials you have going on. He informs me of specials and club holder deals that save us money (and in fact ultimately make you more money as we purchase more!) Oliver is an excellent representation of superb customer service and because of him we will continue to be, not only shoppers, but happy shoppers, of Photo Express.
- I?m another customer who LOVES the [scrapbooking] updates. Love them. They?re so much fun and I spend a ridiculously long time looking at the pictures and salivating over the product. I particularly love PE because I find you appeal to all types of scrapbookers: those who are more traditional in their approach and those who are aware of all the latest trends and want to sample lots of new product. I?m in the latter category and what keeps me coming back to PE is your willingness to go CHA and be aware of the ?latest and greatest.? Many stores either can?t, or don?t want, to do that.
