2006 "Cutest Little Baby" Portrait Contest:
WINNERS WILL APPEAR IN THE MAPLE RIDGE TIMES NEWSPAPER ON FRIDAY, MARCH 10, 2006.
At Photo Express, we think babies are cute. Really cute. So we photograph as many of them as possible in our studio, all year round. Each February for the past 11 years, we have held a "Cutest Little Baby Contest", creating beautiful portraits for over 3000 kids. Every one of these children is beautiful, but each year we select 13 winners and give them prizes and recognition! Without further ado, here are the winners of the 11th Annual "Cutest Little Baby Contest" for 2006:
